Ollie has been teaching Yoga since 1019 after training in Goa, India in his 200hr course.
He links breath to movement throughout his sequences, cultivating a holistic yoga practise.
Multiple options are given throughout his classes, making them very accessible to different level of experience, from beginner to advanced.
