Join us for a delightful Barfi Baking Event, where we'll whip up elegant, melt-in-your-mouth treats perfect for any sweet tooth! Whether you're a seasoned baker or just starting out, this hands-on experience is designed for all skill levels. Learn how to create rich and flavorful burfi with traditional Indian techniques. Discover the secrets to achieving the perfect texture and exploring different flavor combinations. This is in collaboration with the Desi Society.
You will need a ticket in order to attend! (tickets are limited) They are £3 and you will need a membership with our society in order to buy them. Tickets go on sale every Monday before the session at 5:30pm. We will be providing all the equipment and ingredients for this session. We hope to see you there :)
If you buy this ticket online via the Guild website, you will be charged a transaction fee of 1.5% per ticket, plus a 30p surcharge. Tickets are also available via the Guild Reception between 9am-4:45pm, Monday to Friday. At Reception, you will not be charged a transaction fee, but please note this method is cash only and we would ask that you please bring the correct tender, where possible.
