Beginners Pole Fitness Class!

Come join us at our semester 2 beginner pole fitness classes!!

💪 What to Expect:

  • A welcoming, supportive environment – no experience necessary!
  • Learn the basics of pole spins, poses, and transitions at your own pace.
  • Improve your strength, flexibility, and coordination – all while having a laugh!
  • Boost your confidence as you master new moves and celebrate your progress.

Who Are These Classes For?

  • Complete beginners – no prior fitness or dance experience needed.
  • Anyone looking for a fun, alternative workout that challenges both body and mind.
  • People of all shapes, sizes, and fitness levels – we celebrate every body!

👚 What to Wear:
Comfortable activewear such as shorts and a vest top. Bare skin helps with grip, but wear what makes you feel comfortable!

📅 Class Details:

  • When: Fridays 7pm
  • Where: Dance Studio, The Guild
  • Cost: £5 per class (+ 1 time purchase of insurance)

If you buy this ticket online via the Guild website, you will be charged a booking fee of 1.5% per ticket, plus a 30p surcharge. Tickets are also available via the Guild Reception between 9-4:45 Monday to Friday. You will not be charged a booking fee or a surcharge, but please note this method is cash only. Please bring the correct tender, where possible, if purchasing at Reception.
