Join the Baking Society and the French Society for an elegant and challenging baking session! We'll be tackling the delicate art of souffle making, a classic French dessert that's sure to impress. This collaborative event is a fantastic opportunity to learn advanced baking techniques, immerse yourself in French culinary tradition, and enjoy a light and airy treat.
You will need a ticket in order to attend! (tickets are limited) They are £3 and you will need a membership with our society in order to buy them. Tickets go on sale every Monday before the session at 5:30pm. We will be providing all the equipment and ingredients for this session. We hope to see you there :)
If you buy this ticket online via the Guild website, you will be charged a transaction fee of 1.5% per ticket, plus a 30p surcharge. Tickets are also available via the Guild Reception between 9am-4:45pm, Monday to Friday. At Reception, you will not be charged a transaction fee, but please note this method is cash only and we would ask that you please bring the correct tender, where possible.
