Elected in a campus-wide vote every year, our 4 Student Officers work full time at the Guild to support activities, lead on campaigns and make sure your voice is heard loud and clear! The Officers also make up one-third of the Board of Trustees - this means their work is at the heart of everything we do.
Now's your chance to find out what the Officers have been working on this year, ask the Guild Trustees any questions you have, and hold them to account. Alongside this, you can also find out more about how the Guild is run and how the Officer role works.
At the AMM, the Guild’s annual report and accounts for the last academic year are presented to its members – that’s you! At the General Meeting (GM) there will be a vote on approving proposed changes to the Articles of Association.
Be prepared: find out more about what our Officers are working on here

This event is open to all Full Members of the Guild. Please ensure you bring your Student ID card for identification.
If you’re unable to attend you may nominate a proxy, to vote on your behalf. Details on how to nominate a proxy can be found here.
