My manifesto

Students First, Always!

As a current student at University of Liverpool, I believe in the power of people connection and diverse perspectives. My passion for leadership has always been high, I aim to show the path of leadership to others exactly how I learned it and to create more leaders for the future generation. As this skill help me to engage with the students, while understanding their needs and lead initiative according to the students demand that creates impact not only to British National Students but International students as well. I have always been desire to challenge myself, push boundaries and make a meaningful difference across the roles which I took.

Having engaged in the multiple leadership roles, I understand the importance of creating opportunities for students and improving campus life.

The 3 core values I bring to the table to make sure every student at University of Liverpool feels like a second home:

- Excellence

- Creativity

- Nurturing Leadership

3 commitments as a Student Officer:

Representation: It’s one of the most important aspect as a Student officer to make sure we are representing the student voice to any kind of issues where the students wants university to improve and taking this as the priority to implement things on the project itself.

Leadership: As mentioned earlier leadership is one of the skill which can be developed in anyone if one wants to challenge himself/herself. As the student officer, it’s really important to lead the guild, organizing events and making sure the all the events are aligned with improving the students experience.

Policy, Rules & Regulations: Improving the experience of the students by leading different kind of campaigns to understand the interest of the students keeping in the mind the polices, rules and regulations and where it might need improvement according to the students need.
